A. No – as I had experience of working with Omnicom previously and were aware of their high standards

A. As far as I can remember (it was a long time ago) it was seamless – wouldn’t have been aware of the change over

A. Just a good IT service

A. Yes – excellent service – far exceeded expectations – very friendly and helpful staff at all levels. Can’t imagine being with any other company if the service continues as it is.

A. No – Not at all, I had lots of faith! We felt guilty to be leaving LA but knew we needed a better service.
Q. How did you find the handover from LA to Omnicom?
A. It went very smoothly and any problems Omnicom over came immediately.
Q. What were your expectations from Omnicom?
A. To have working PCs, Laptops and better WiFi – all of which improved very quickly. To have a better technical support and not have to wait a week! Now we don’t even wait more than a few hours!

A. Absolutely, do not regret our decision at all.
